How RoofStruct and iRoofing differ
Both tools let you trace a roof yourself as often as you like. On iRoofing, unlimited DIY roof measurements and proposals come with every subscription plan (iRoofing pricing page, Oct 2026). On RoofStruct, self-serve measuring and the PDF report are free on every plan, with no card.
iRoofing is built around the sales visit. Every plan lists AI visualizations, a sales pitchbook, a customer database and e-signatures, and the page also lists digital contracts, job tracking, appointment scheduling, a job photo archive, direct distributor ordering and iOS and Android apps (Oct 2026). The page does not say which of those extras sit on which plan.
RoofStruct centers on getting the roof right and turning it into numbers. Every plan includes the Cost & Takeoff worksheet and a water-flow analysis. Pro adds branded Good/Better/Best estimates with e-signature, the Material Order Builder with Smart Waste, CSV/XLSX/JSON/DXF exports, and your logo and colors.

iRoofing's pricing page lists one subscription on three terms (Oct 2026): billed monthly, billed every 12 months, or billed every 24 months. Each covers 3 users with mobile and desktop access. The page lists no set-up fees and a single guided set-up session. A perimeter report is sold on its own with no subscription, and subscribers get a discount on it.
RoofStruct has a Free plan and a Pro subscription. Free covers unlimited self-serve measuring and the PDF report. Pro covers up to 5 team members and adds estimates, material orders, more exports and your branding. Done-for-you reports and ESX sketches are billed per order on either plan.

Where iRoofing is the better pick
If your sales rep sits at the kitchen table and wants to show the homeowner a picture of the new roof on their house, iRoofing lists AI visualizations and a sales pitchbook on every plan (Oct 2026). RoofStruct does not offer that kind of visualization.
iRoofing also fits a small sales team that wants a customer database, job tracking and scheduling in the same subscription, at one price for 3 users. RoofStruct has no sales-pipeline CRM, so if that is how you run your leads, iRoofing covers more of it in one place.
Using both, or switching
You don't need a demo to try RoofStruct. Sign up free, draw a few roofs you already measured in iRoofing, compare the totals and look at the PDF your crew would work from.
Some contractors keep a sales tool for the in-home presentation and use RoofStruct for the measurement, the takeoff and the material order. Others move estimating to Pro as well. Before you switch, check that your crew lead and your supplier can read what you send them.
