Report & Sketch Order Terms

These terms apply to roof measurement reports and ESX sketch files ordered through RoofStruct. They add to the Terms of Service, which still govern your account, billing and everything else you do on the platform. For an order, these terms come first.

1. Delivery

Reports are prepared by our team seven days a week (Eastern Time). They are delivered within 6 hours; turnaround may vary with request volume and complexity. We'll email you the moment your report is ready.

2. What a report contains

Every roof measurement report is measured by a RoofStruct technician from high-resolution satellite imagery and reviewed by a second technician before delivery. It includes:

3. ESX sketch files

Sketch geometry only — roof outline, facets, pitches and edge lengths. No line items, pricing or supplement: those come from your own Xactimate® price list and macros when you open the file.

4. Accuracy guarantee

If the measurement is wrong, we correct it or refund it, your choice, within 30 days. Tell us from the order page or through Support in your dashboard, and say what is wrong. The Terms of Service describe what a measurement made from aerial imagery can and cannot show.
