Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and RoofStruct LLC (“RoofStruct,” “we,” “us”) when you use RoofStruct. There are two halves to what we offer: software you use yourself to measure roofs and build documents, and measurement reports our own team produces for you for a per-report fee. Different rules apply to each, so we have kept them separate throughout. We have written this in plain language, but it is still a business agreement, and four sections change what you can recover from us and how disputes get handled: Section 3 (Accuracy, field verification, and our Ordered Report commitment), Section 4 (Disclaimer of warranties), Section 5 (Limitation of liability) and Section 25 (Resolving disputes). Please read those.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, signing in with Google or Microsoft, requesting a magic link, or otherwise using RoofStruct, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What RoofStruct provides
RoofStruct is a web platform for roofing contractors. You can trace roofs on aerial imagery, produce measurements and material takeoffs, export documents, build estimates and proposals, send them to your customers, send purchase orders to your suppliers, and keep a record of your customers. Separately, our own team will produce a measurement report for you for a per-report fee. The platform also includes optional AI image enhancement, electronic acceptance of estimates by your customers, white-label output, team workspaces with roles, prepaid credits, and exports in the formats your plan includes.
3. Accuracy, field verification, and our Ordered Report commitment
Everything RoofStruct produces is derived from aerial imagery captured on a particular date, plus the information you supply — whether you trace the roof yourself or our team prepares an Ordered Report. Imagery date, image quality, weather, shadow, tree cover, dormers and dozens of other real-world conditions affect what can be seen and what the tools can compute. Always verify critical measurements on site before ordering materials, finalising an estimate, or signing a contract.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
Except for the Ordered Report commitment in Section 3, the platform, the measurements, the material calculations, the cost estimates, the exports, the imagery and the documents generated are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind — including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
