These terms are the agreement between you and RoofStruct LLC ("RoofStruct," "we," "us") when you use the RoofStruct platform. We've kept the language plain — contractors should be able to read this without a lawyer. If a section affects your rights in a material way, we've tried to call that out clearly.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, signing in with Google or Microsoft, requesting a magic link, or otherwise using RoofStruct, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service. If you're using RoofStruct on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. What RoofStruct does
RoofStruct is a web-based platform for roofing contractors. It helps you take aerial roof measurements from satellite imagery, calculate materials, generate PDF reports, and manage estimates. It's a tool — not a replacement for a physical site inspection or professional judgment.
