- Can I try before I buy?
- Yes. The Free plan gives you unlimited DIY measurements — forever, on every roof — plus satellite imagery, AI image enhancement for custom uploads (10 starter credits), the cost & takeoff worksheet, and the full PDF report with RoofStruct branding. Pro never adds more measurements; it adds professional branded estimates, material orders to suppliers, 15 AI enhancement credits/month, team roles, more storage, and Excel/CSV/DXF exports.
- What is AI Image Enhancement?
- AI Enhancement sharpens custom uploaded roof images — removes shadows and improves edge definition for easier tracing. It works on custom uploads only (not satellite imagery). Free users start with 10 credits and can buy more as needed. Pro includes 15 credits per month plus the option to purchase additional packs.
- Can Free users enhance images?
- Yes — AI enhancement is available to all users for custom uploaded images (drone photos, blueprints, etc.). Free users start with 10 starter credits and can purchase additional credits as needed. AI enhancement does not apply to satellite imagery.
- What are Estimates?
- Estimates let you create Good/Better/Best pricing tiers for homeowners. Pro users can build branded estimates with their logo, send them for digital signature, and track full estimate history.
- What is Smart Waste Analysis?
- Pro's smart waste analysis automatically recommends optimal material quantities based on your roof geometry — valleys, hips, pitch, and object counts — reducing over-ordering and cutting waste.
- What happens if I cancel Pro?
- You keep full Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free plan. Your saved projects and data are never deleted. Purchased AI enhancement credits are kept — only the monthly included allowances stop.
- What do I get with custom branding?
- Pro users can add their company logo and brand color to PDF exports, homeowner estimates, and supplier material PDFs. The RoofStruct branding is replaced with yours so everything looks like it came from your business.
- What is the Enterprise plan?
- Enterprise is for teams, franchises, and partners who need centralized control at scale. It includes white-label branding, 20 AI enhancements/month, up to 999 team members, 50 GB storage, and API access. Use the “Talk to Sales” button on this page to discuss pricing and onboarding.
- How much do property reports cost?
- Done-for-you roof reports start at $10/report with the Pro discount. A RoofStruct technician measures every facet, a second tech quality-checks it, and branded reports are delivered within 4 hours. Residential and commercial ordering are both available now.
- Can I get an Xactimate®-compatible sketch file?
- Yes — ESX sketches are drawn by a RoofStruct technician and delivered as a .ESX file that imports straight into your Xactimate® estimate, plus a printable PDF reference. Residential sketches are $29, or $24 with the Pro discount, and commercial sketches are available too. Order one on its own or add it to a roof report order in a single checkout — sketches are delivered within 4 hours. Sketch geometry only — roof outline, facets, pitches and edge lengths. No line items, pricing or supplement: those come from your own Xactimate® price list and macros when you open the file.
