- Can I customize the estimates I send?
- Yes. Add your company logo, choose Good / Better / Best tiers, add custom line items, warranty text, and a personal message to the homeowner. Custom branding is included on Pro.
- How does the e-signature work?
- The homeowner enters their name on the share page and signs online. We capture the timestamp for the audit trail. No print, no fax.
- What happens after they sign?
- You get notified, the estimate moves to “signed”, and the schematic + materials are ready to flow into a Material Order. The homeowner gets a copy of the signed proposal.
- Can I track if the homeowner has opened the estimate?
- Yes. The estimate shows a status badge — sent, first-viewed, signed — so you know when it's safe to follow up.
- Do I have to chase homeowners to sign?
