Four things we believe in.

Ship the tool, not the deck — We measure progress by what shipped this week, not by roadmap slides. Working in the actual product is the job.
Trade-first thinking — Every feature is judged by whether a contractor in a truck cab can use it on the first try. If they cannot, we redesign.
Small team, big tools — No org-chart politics. Engineers talk to customers; designers commit code; everyone signs invoices.
Honest about scope — We do not over-promise. The product page says what ships today; the rest is on the roadmap, openly.
