What is AI Roof Enhancement?

AI Roof Enhancement is our proprietary tool that sharpens roof images you upload yourself — drone shots, blueprints, soft photos — so the editor can trace them cleanly. To stay aligned with imagery providers' terms, enhancement applies only to your custom uploads, never to provider satellite imagery. Free users start with 10 starter credits; Pro includes 15 credits per month and you can buy more anytime.

What is Smart Waste Analysis?

Smart Waste Analysis is our AI-driven recommendation engine that calculates the right waste percentage from your roof's geometry — facets, valleys, hips, and pitch. Instead of guessing 10% across the board, you get a defensible number tied to the actual roof, so your material orders stop bleeding margin.

What do I get with custom branding?

Can I get an Xactimate®-compatible sketch file?

Yes — ESX sketches are drawn by a RoofStruct technician and delivered as a .ESX file that imports straight into your Xactimate® estimate, plus a printable PDF reference. Residential sketches are $29, or $24 with the Pro discount, and commercial sketches are available too. Order one on its own or add it to a roof report order in a single checkout — sketches are delivered within 4 hours. Sketch geometry only — roof outline, facets, pitches and edge lengths. No line items, pricing or supplement: those come from your own Xactimate® price list and macros when you open the file.
