Delete your account

You can delete your RoofStruct account yourself, on this page. If you use the RoofStruct mobile app, the same option is under Account. Deleting closes the account right away and erases it after 30 days.
What happens
Your account is closed as soon as you confirm. You are signed out everywhere, on the website and in the app, and you can no longer sign in. We keep the data for 30 days so we can restore the account if you change your mind. After 30 days it is erased.
What is erased
After the 30 days, your profile and sign-in are removed, along with the projects, customers, estimates, reports, drawings and files that belong only to you. If you are part of a company account that someone else owns, that company's data stays with the company.
What we keep
We keep payment records for as long as the law requires: the date, type and amount of each order and payment. Each order also keeps its star rating and the dates it moved through, so our measuring team's records stay correct. None of it says who you are, which property it was, or where.
Changed your mind?
Write to us from the Contact page within 30 days and we'll restore your account. After that it cannot be recovered.

Can't sign in? Write to legal [at] roofstruct [dot] com from the email address on the account and we will delete it for you.
